“Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing that we will ever do.” - Brene Brown
Hi,
We all face struggles at different times, and seeking assistance can be challenging but also profoundly beneficial. Whether the difficulties you face are personal, professional, internal or external, I am here to help.
My approach to counselling is collaborative and unique to each individual. I encourage curiosity and exploration in a safe and supportive environment.
Clients have described me as warm, empathetic, laidback, direct and funny.
I work with adolescents (13+up), adults, couples (monogamous, non-monogamous, ENM, Poly), LGBTQAI2s+ folks and families (traditional, nontraditional, given and chosen.)

Individual Counselling
Individual counselling is a confidential experience that allows you to develop insight further, coping tools, and strategies for work, personal, and family situations or achieving goals and working through challenges.
I work with children (8+up), youth & individuals.
Specialities include trauma, relationships, self-perception, emotional regulation/emotional understanding, addictions, ADHD & life's transitions.
Couples Counselling
It is essential to recognize that when individuals come together, there may be challenges. Relationship counselling can be used to work through challenges, strengthen one's bond, discuss unspoken issues, sort through values and beliefs and establish a stronger sense of communication.
I work with monogamous, ENM, Poly & LGBQTIA+ relationships through a wide variety of topics including infidelity, sex & intimacy, communication and breaking patterns/cycles.
Family Counselling
Family counselling offers the opportunity to discuss shared experiences as well as individual interpretations and feelings.
Family counselling provides the opportunity to strengthen communication, understanding, and connection.
Family counselling can be helpful in many situations and circumstances including grief, loss, addictions, transitions (divorce, blended families), trauma and more.
